30.9.20 – Iroquois Tracking and Trails – Fir Class – Year 4

This afternoon, the children of Fir Class got a chance to head out to Forest School and have a go at setting trails using the land around them.

The children were very imaginative using sticks, stones, mushed berries and even charcoal to set trails around the woodland area.

Using what they learnt today the children have gained a better understanding of how the Iroquois would have moved around and signalled to each other during their time.
