A busy day in Foundation! 3.6.20

We had a very busy day starting with our phonics learning and wrote some fantastic sentences using ‘ch’ as our initial sound.  Some of Ash class headed outside into the Forest School area and explored the woods. Our magic number in maths is 16 so our challenge was to collect 16 sticks each. We found it tricky navigating the steep woods, but we perervered and showed great collaboration skills, holding onto long sticks to support one another and keep our distance. In the afternoon, we practised our doubling skills and  used finger painting to make our own double dominoes.
