
?? 60 – 80 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!??
Thank you to those who have already volunteered.
To run all the stalls for the three hours of the fayre we need an army of volunteers. The Summer Fayre was nearly cancelled because we didn’t have enough volunteers, so we would be very grateful if you could put your name forward for an hour or so (see the list of stalls).
Please send an e-mail to pta.hazeldown@gmail.com with your name, e-mail address, mobile number, child’s name and class.
We need to have a full rota by Friday 25 November.
We also need volunteers to sort donations on:
Friday 25 November 9 – 10am
Friday 2 December 9 – 10am
Friday 2 December – set up in the evening
Saturday 3 December – clear up after the fayre.
