Early Help For Mental Health (EH4MH)

Last week saw a number of parents engage in the Early Help For Mental Health (EH4MH) anxiety parent workshop. Once again, Jenny delivered the information in a relaxed, informal environment that enabled parents to talk to one another and ask any questions.

Some examples of feedback included:

“Fantastic amount of information. Really enjoyed listening to you talk. The real world examples that you give are great and the most helpful for me, hearing how you actually explain/ talk to the children”.

“Thank you for a very informative workshop. It is excellent that these are being held and strategies for helping my children can be discussed”.

“Very enlightening! Never thought my child was anxious but it seems that how it manifests, varies so widely in children”.

“Another excellent workshop from Jenny. Not only is the information helpful but it i delivered in a very relatable way. I feel I have extra tools to cope with anxiety in my child”.

Thank you to everyone that took part. If you would like a copy of the slides then  please contact Kirsty Prentice via the school office.
