Foundation Home Learning – 20.5.20

Wow Foundation! You are continuing to make us very proud. We love getting photographs of all the great work you have been doing. Well done!

Look at this fabulous phonics and what an amazing frog!

We have also enjoyed reading your responses to the questions for your reports! It’s great that you are proud of all you have achieved and you have even more goals which you would like to reach. Keep practising and you will get there. 🙂

Thank you Foundation for all the lovely work you have been sending to us! We love to see what you have been up to and all the adults are so impressed with your hard work. Look at all this fabulous writing! We have been learning about the life-cycle of frogs recently and some of our children have found tadpoles! Do you think they will turn into frogs? What will happen as they change?

Well done all you ‘Fabulous Foundationers’!

What a lot of brilliant stuff you have been up to. It is really wonderful for us to see pictures of all your hard work. All the teachers are very proud of what you have done. Thank you! It definitely puts smiles on our faces.

One of our children also did some science work, investigating the need for washing our hands with soap and water. They found that the best way to stop bacteria from growing is to use soap and water to thoroughly wash your hands. Not just water! Bacteria can be harmful and cause us to feel poorly, so this is a very important discovery! Well done! I am definitely going to make sure my family use soap and water to thoroughly wash their hands!

Keep up the great work Foundation!

Hi Everyone! Wow! What a lot of brilliant learning you have been doing at home. We are very impressed!

I’m so glad you are practising using tricky words to make sentences. Here, somebody challenged themselves to write some of the words in this sentence on their own.

We have been starting to learn about Spring, so look at the work here all about seasons. They have also been looking at where number 13 comes on a number line. Well done! What a Superstar! What has been your favourite part of home learning?

Hello children and your families. We all hope that you are doing OK. We are missing you and look forward to seeing you as soon as we can go back to school. ❤️💛💚💙💜

Wow! I have been sent pictures of some amazing writing that has been done at home.  Thank you for sending me pictures of your hard work 😀I noticed that the letters were all sitting beautifully on the line, with the descenders going underneath! Fabulous! I was also sent some experimental work one of our children chose to do. He made parachutes using different materials for his toys and then tested them! What a good idea!  What home learning have you been doing? Keep up the hard work 😃
