Year 1 Willow Camouflage Adventure!

Today we were lucky enough to have a special visitor from the Devon Wildlife Trust. Our visitor, Emily, told us about the different reasons why animals come in all sorts of different colours. Then we went on an adventure to find some camouflaged bugs outside!

We learnt that some animals are camouflaged to disguise themselves from predators. The brightly coloured worms would be an easy target for birds as they were easy to find. The dull, brown and grey colours were much harder to spot.
