|Year 4 Home Learning – Friday 22ndJune 2018|
Ideally, please encourage your child to read every day for at least 20 minutes. The minimum expectation is that your child should be reading for 15 minutes five times a week. This reading should be a mixture of independent reading / reading alongside an adult.
We are going to be learning about 2D shapes and symmetry. Research the names and properties of a range of 2D shapes and make a poster of your findings.
In preparation for art work that will illustrate the front cover of their Just So story, the children need to practise drawing a high quality sketch of their chosen animal that they have been studying.
The videos will be very useful to support your learning.
