The executive forms the backbone of the PTA and coordinate events, but they rely on parents to help run activities, provide ideas and support. So we’d love to see more of you at the meetings (email us at pta.hazeldown@gmail.com so that we can keep you informed of meeting dates).

Annual General Meeting

AGM (Annual General Meeting) is held in the Autumn Term. During the meeting the committee members are elected, the past year summarised including funds raised, decisions made on spending funds and ideas for the coming year outlined. If you want to help but can’t commit to the full role don’t forget you can share it with someone else.
