Including prioritising key themes, developing practical experiential learning, fostering deeper understanding by adapting lessons, making connections, focusing on key concepts and meeting end points.
2. The Quality of Teaching and Learning along with Leadership Development
Including individual development through coaching, further refining the quality of feedback, use of support staff to enable high outcomes for children with SEND, modelling, scaffolding, metacognition and worked examples. A focus on belief and high aspirations and articulating learning.
